Working with Antonio was a dream. I ran into something I've never ran into in my 50+ years; inherited estate from my mother. I was clueless as to where to even start. Antonio guided me every step of the way through the sale of the estate. It sold in less than a month, and after receiving multiple offers, sold for more thank asking price. Antonio is a TOP-NOTCH realtor! As a career appraiser, I've interacted with hundreds of Realtors and there are few that stand out like Antonio! He met me at the property - not as the listing agent, but as the selling agent! He made sure all of the repairs I called for in my appraisal were quickly and adequately taken care of - in a professional manner, too! He communicates clearly and effectively and guess what - he picks up his phone. If he doesn't he calls you back very quickly. It was truly refreshing to deal with Antonio - I hope I can do it again soon!
